Low carb pound cake

 Low Carb Pound Cake! 


Ingredients:

•1 1/4 cup almond flour

•3/4 cup sugar 

•1 tsp baking powder

•1/4 tsp salt

•4 eggs at room temp

•3 1/2 oz cream cheese (full fat) at room temp

•4 tbsp unsalted butter at room temp

•1 tsp vanilla 

Directions:

•preheat oven to 350 F and place parchment paper in loaf pan to keep cake from sticking

•in a medium bowl combine, salt, baking powder and flour and set aside

•in a larger bowl mix with electric mixer butter and sugar substitute until fluffy and well mixed 

•add cream cheese and vanilla and mix 

•next add in eggs one at a time and mix after each one 

•add in all your dry ingredients and mix until batter consistency 

•add to your 8 in loaf pan and bake for 30-40 mins and until top is brown and toothpick test comes out clean

•allow to cool and set completely before slicing
