Tandoori butter chicken


Ingredients:-


(For chicken marente)


2 tablespoon butter 

500g chicken 

3 tablespoon yogurt 

1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 

1 tablespoon red chili powder 

1/2 tablespoon coriander powder 

1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder 

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 

1/4 teaspoon turmeric 

1/2 teaspoon chaat masala 

1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)


(For gravy)

Ingredients:-

2 tablespoons butter 

1 grated onion 

2 tomato for paste 

1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 

1/2 tablespoon red chili powder 

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 

1/4 teaspoon pepper powder 

1 tablespoon yogurt 

1/2 cup water


Method:-

(For chicken)


In a bowl add chicken,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,red chili powder, turmeric, salt, cumin powder,coriander powder,black pepper powder,chaat masala and garam masala powder mix well and keep aside for 1 hours.

In a pan,add tomato 

purée ,butter and let it melt. Add marinated chicken and cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for 5 min.

Then keet it cover and cook for 7-10 min. 


(For gravy)

In a pan add butter and let it melt then add onion and let it cook until it turns a little golden brown.

now add ginger garlic paste and mix it.now add tomato purée mix it.

Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt,coriander powder,pepper powder and yogurt and mix well and cook for 3 min on low heat.

Now add water and cook for 5-7 min.

Garnish with chopped coriander.
