Chicken sharwamas
Either buy pita pocket or make some fresh
Cheese optional
Chicken
3/4 chicken fillets cubbed marinate in
1 tsp ground green chillie & garlic paste
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp dhana
1 tsp jeeru
1 tsp lemon chilli seasoning or lemon pepper
1 tsp ground black pepper
Juice of half a lemon
Ads in
2/3 tablespoon green coriander chutney
2 tablespoon steers peri peri
2 tablespoon worster sauce
2 tablespoon mochacho sauce
2 tablespoon nandos bbq marinate
(you can use which ever similar sauces you have)
1 cup Mixed peppers julienned
1 onion chopped very fine
1 tablespoon butter
Add butter pepper & onion in a pan fry for a few seconds add in the marinated chicken & stir fry for a few seconds
Add abt 1/3 cup water into the bowl after u empty the chicken & get all that extra marinate throw over chicken & cook for 15min till almost dry (should be abit saucy)
Toast pitas cut in half an fill with coldslaw, salad cheese d chicken mixture
