*Swissroll cutlets* One kilo chicken mince Add in 2 eggs 1 tsp salt Half tsp pepper 1 tbl lemon juice Green masala according to how strong u want Half tsp Cinnamon 2 tsp dry coriander 2tsp dry cumin 4 slices bread soaked in water n sqeeze all the water out fresh chopped coriander or spring onion (I add both) 3 tbl oil Dash lemon pepper 2 tsp chicken spice Crushed garlic Half cup bread crumbs Mix all together well adjust taste Take a huge piece of foil Oil it well Roll a thick long log of yr mince Forming it it yr hand Place in centre of foil Close tightly This wil make 4 rolls Place on a wire wrack thats in an oven proof dish add little water to the bottom Cover with foil Par bake in oven til tender Remove cool completely Slice up thick slices Dip in egg n crumbs Freezer suitable can be fried and backed
