Cashew coriander chicken
2 tablespoon steers tikka sauce
2 tsp peri peri marinate
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon an herb
Half tsp salt
Half tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp Portuguese spice
1 tsp tandoori spice
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp red chilli paste
1 tablespoon tomatoe paste
Juice Half a lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cook in pot on low heat with garlic butter till half done then
Blend together:
1/4 cup cream
Handful of coriander
3 garlic cloves
3 stalks spring onion
1/4 pc green pepper
Handful cashews
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
throw over chicken when half way done an steam on low
Serve with garlic naan chips salad or mix veg
