I have to say these are my favorite in the Kabab Platter. Not too spicy, they have a creamy marinade which is packed with flavor. Your family will love this recipeπŸ’›πŸ’›

 

You will need

2pounds of boneless chicken cubed

10 almonds and 10 cashews

2 small green chillies

1tsp Salt 

White pepper powder

2tblsp Ginger garlic paste

4 tblsp cream

2 tblsp Greek yogurt

1/2 garam masala

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

2 tblsp fried onions

Juice of one lemon


Place the chicken in a bowl. Grind the nuts to a fine paste in a blender, to that add the rest of the marinade ingredients. Pour this mixture over the chicken and let it marinate for a few hours in the fridge or overnight.

Skewer the chicken cubes alternating with onions and bell peppers. You can grill them on the bbq or bake them in the oven. Either way they are deeeeeelicious!
