Lemon Butter Fish
Fish fillets
Marinate in :fish spice, little salt as fish spice has the salt as well, lemon juice.
Batter :
1 cup cake flour
1 egg separated.
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix the cake flour , salt and egg yolk. Add water and make a thick batter.Beat the egg white till stiff then add it in the batter. Lastly add in the baking powder. Coat the fillets in tha batter and deep fry.
Lemon butter sauce :
1 tblsp butter
1 tbslp lemon juice
5 tblsp cream
2 tblsp mayonnaise
1 tblsp parsley.
Boil altogether and pour over fried fish fillets.
