Chocolate slice



Chocolate Slices 

250g butter

3/4c sugar

1tsp baking powder 

2c coconut 

1 1/2c flour

1/2c cocoa

2tbs maizena

Dairy milk chocolate 

Peppermint crisp chocolate 

Method 

1.Cream butter and sugar well. 

2. Add remaining ingredients to make a firm dough. 

3.Press dough out onto a large swiss roll pan.

4.Bake at 180deg for 20 /25 mins....till done.

5.Grate dairy milk chocolate over biscuit while still hot...spread with back of spoon....work fast.

6.Using a sharp knife slice into 60 slices....slice while biscuit is still warm.

7.Lastly grate peppermint crisp chocolate over slices.

Allow to cool on baking tray before packing away in airtight container.
