White souse burger



White sauce burger πŸ” 

Ingredients for burger...

Chicken Pattie 

1 slice lettuce

Sauce of yr choice(Mayonnaise,steers burger sauce,mustard,etc)


Method...

Fry the Pattie.

Cut the buns into half and brush the sauce on both sides of the bun and then place lettuce πŸ₯¬.

After that put the Pattie on the lettuce and put the other half bun on the Pattie.


Ingredients for white sauce...

2 tbsp butter 🧈 

2 tbsp flour

1 or 1 1/2 tsp salt πŸ§‚ 

1 tsp black pepper

1 cup milk πŸ₯› 

1/4 cup chedder cheese πŸ§€ 


Method...

Heat butter in a pan and allow to melt.

Add flour to the butter and whisk well.

Cook for 2 mins on low flame and make sure there are no lumps.

Then add in milk and mix well.

Once done, add in cheese and allow to melt and mix well and cook for few mins.

Once cooked season with salt and black pepper.


Plating...

Take a 2 liter coke bottle and cut the top and bottom part and throw it away and just keep the middle part.

Cut into half and make it the size of the bun and then put a clip so it doesn’t fall away.

Put it on the bun and pour the white sauce in it and slowly take it out.
