SCRAMBLED EGG SANDWICH
10 eggs beaten scrambled
3 tablespoons milk
1 French loaf buttered outside and inside
Salt to taste
Cold meat ( any type will do but pan fried )
Grated cheese
Whisk eggs milk salt together. Heat oil in a pan.Pour the egg mixture into pan.
Allow it to set for few seconds. Then scrape the sides fold and break into big pieces.
Don't let it overcook. When the egg is wet but no longer in liquid form take out off the heat.
Take a French loaf .
Put scrambled egg on the bread. Add Nali Sauce to your taste .
Add a cheese grated on the top. Cover with cold meats . Toast the both sides in a sandwich maker
