Navabi gajar ki kheer




Ghee 2tbs.
Almond chopped 2-3 tbs. 
Pistachio chopped 2-3 tbs. 
Milk 2liter.
Grated carrots 1cup.
Rice 1/2 cup(soaked for 30 minute) 
Suger 1/2 cup
Barfi (mithai) 2pieces
Cardamom powder 1/2tsp.
Pineapple chunks 1 cup

Add ghee first, then add all the nuts, then add a little bit then add milk, then add carrots or soakd rice, then add sugar, ,when it become good then add it,and let cool.then add mithai barfi  Serve with rasgulla.and cream..
