Cauliflower chiken curry

Cauliflower Curry


1. Slice 3 onions

2tblsp ghee 2tblsp oil

3 cinnamon sticks

6 pepper corns 

4 cloves

1tsp whole cumin

Make tadka with all of 1.


2. 2 heaped tsp coriander powder

2 tsp ginger garlic 

1/4 tsp tumeric

1 and half tsp salt

1/4 tsp fine black pepper 

2tsp chilli powder 

1tsp rough red chillies

Braise masalas then add 2 chicken fillet cubed into big pieces or you can use boney chicken as well. Allow to cook until water burns out and chicken is cooked. 


3. Process 5 tomatoes roughly.

Chop up 2 cauliflower into rosettes. Boil a little until tender.

Peel 2 potatoes and cube big.

Lightly boil 1 cup of frozen peas or you can use fresh peas. 


Add tomatoes and potatoes to pot and allow to cook together. Then add cauliflower and peas and cook through. 

Garnish with chopped dhanya and garam masala. Serve with roti.
