Butter chicken



Marinate 1kg chicken fillet cubes in 
Butter chicken 

1tbsp ginger paste 

1tbsp garlic paste 

2 tbsp tandoori masala 

1/2 a cup yoghurt 

Pinch of sugar 

1tsp salt 


In a pan add a bit of oil and cook it till the chicken is charred around the edges. 


Gravy 

1/4 cup ghee, once heated add onions cook till clear then add ginger and garlic paste 1tsp each cook till aroma rises, add 3 large tomatoes grated 2tsp paprika 2tsp Chilli powder 1tsp cumin powder 1tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of sugar if needed. Let it cook till it bubbles add 1/4 cup water and cook for another 5 minutes add the already cooked chicken and 1 cup cream a handful of desiccated coconut and garam masala powder. 

Garnish with chopped masala and spring onions.
