Microwave bread pudding

 






Microwave BREAD PUDDING 


Blend in a liquidizer:

3 eggs 

1 c desicated coconut 

2 tops vanilla  essence 

3 slices of bread without crust 

1 pint milk

1 tin condensed milk 

Blitz well. pour into a greased Pyrex dish .

Put in the microwave for about 10-12 minutes. Your microwave may vary  so to know its cooked it becomes solid when you press down with the tip of your fingers you won't see any liquid or it being too wobbly. The coconut usually raises to the top to form a soft crust too . 

Cut into squares . Arrange in a dish and pour over heaps of added whipped fresh cream and nestle cream together and sweetened it with condensed milk ...and poured on top. Deco with Saffron pistachio or cherries .
