Kulfi Ice Cream

Ingredients:

500ml full cream Milk

1 big tin Nestlé cream 

1 Tab Maizena mixed in a little milk 

1/2 tsp cardamom powder 

A pinch of saffron

1 tin condense milk 

Chopped nuts of choice

1/2 cup pureed mango 


Method:

Bring to a boil the milk, cream, condense milk, maizena mix, saffron and cardamom powder. 

Once it boils remove from heat immediately and add nuts and mango puree. 

Give it a good mix and cool then pour in moulds and freeze for 6 hrs.
