Green Masala Fish Biryani
2 big fish cleaned and cut in 4 pieces
Marinate in 2 tsps salt 1 tsp turmeric
1/4 cup vinegar
Oil for frying
Fry fish n keep aside
2 onions 🧅 chopped
6 tomatoes 🍅 chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp dhana powder
1 tsp cumin powder
3 tbls lemon 🍋 juice
2 tbls crushed garlic 🧄
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp whole cumin
2 tbls grinded green hot Chillies
6 potatoes 🥔 cut in half’s fried
In a pot put oil add whole cumin add onions 🧅 braise till golden brown add tomatoes 🍅 cook for 5 mins add in all the ingredients cook on medium till thick gravy keep aside
Green Masala Rice
2 1/2 cups basmati rice
3 tbls oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
6/8 green Chillies
1 bunch fresh coriander
Cook the rice as normal by adding the green Chillies n fresh coriander grinded so the colour of the rice will be pale green once steamed take out 3/4 rice in a bowl leave the rest in pot lay it add the fried potatoes fried fish last the gravy on top add some fresh green Chillies nd chopped fresh coriander cover it with all the rice sprinkle some fried onions 🧅 n fresh coriander nd a few drops of green food colour steam the Biryani to the hottest point serve and enjoy.
