Double chocolate browni....
Recipe:
Cooking chocolate 🍫 semi sweet 4 0z chopped
Butter unsalted 1 n 1/2 stick or 12tbsp
Sugar 1/2cup
Brown sugar 1/2cup
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Cocoa powder 1/2cup
All purpose flour 1/2cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Eggs 3
Roasted coffee 1 n 1/2 tsp (subs; instant coffee)
Chocolate chips semi sweet 1/3cup

Procedure:
In a microwave safe bowl add butter and microwave in 30 second bursts for 3-4times till butter is frothy and golden. Add chocolate to butter and mix after one minute. Chocolate melts into the butter add sugar and brown sugar. Mix well till the mix is glossy (not grainy) and sugar dissolved. Add eggs and beat with a hand whisk or egg beater or a stand mixer for at least 5mins. Add the cocoa, flour, salt and coffee. Mix till the mix is homogeneous. Transfer to a baking dish 8x8inch lined with parchment. Add chocolate chips. Leave as it is or press the chocolate chips into the batter to get the cracked brownie top.
Bake for 23- 25mins at 350 F. After taking out of the oven allow them to cook for 30mins before cutting.
