Custard and pistachio biscuits

225g butter 

3/4 cup castor sugar 

1/4 cup cornflour 

1/4 cup custard powder 

1/2 cup finely ground pistachios

1 drop  green gel color 

Cake flour as required to make a soft dough approx 2 cups. Use little bits at a time when kneading into dough. 

Preheat the oven to 180deg celcius. 

Cream butter and sugar well.

Add in the cornflour and custard powder . Add the color. 

Lastly fold in the ground pistachio nuts. Sift the flour and knead in bits at a time. You want a soft dough to be able to press through a star nozzle 

Press biscuit dough through a star nozzle forming a round shape. 

Bake for approx 15 to 20 mind or until it begins to change color.

When cool drizzle melted milk chocolate and sprinkle ground pistachios.
