1 1/2 cups raw chicken fillet cut into medium 🥖🍗Chicken Tikka Sub🥖🍗

(Makes 3 normal hot dog sized subs)
1 1/2 cups raw chicken fillet cut into medium cubes
1 tsp garlic paste
Red chilli powder to taste
1 tsp Tikka Masala
Salt if needed
Marinate the above for an hour

To a pan add:
1 tbs butter and allow to get hot.
Add the Marinated chicken cubes and 1/4 cup grated carrots.
Cook until dry, till the chicken and carrots are cooked through.

Once the chicken is done. Switch the heat off and add all the sauces below:
3 tbs Tikka Sauce
1 tbs Chilli Garlic Sauce
2 tbs Mayonnaise
Mix well and allow to cool completely.
Note: Add and adjust more sauces if you want it more saucy

To the cooled mixture above add:
1/2 cup finally chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
Mix well.

To Assemble:
Slice yout Hot Dog 3/4 way through the roll on the top side of the rolls.
Stuff with the Tikka filling.
Top with loads of Mozarella Cheese, feta cheese if preferred , spring onions, calamata olives,and dried herbs.
Bake on the highest setting till the cheese melts and then grill till the tops are golden.
Serve immediately.
