Marshmallow fondant


Ingredients.... 


•10 ounces (283g) mini marshmallows 

•6 cups Icing sugar 

•3 tbsp Water


In a microwave safe bowl, coat Marshmallows with water.

Microwave for 3mins at 30s intervals or until all smooth and all marshmallows are melted.


In a large bowl

Sift 3 cups icing sugar 

Add melted Marshmallow 

Sift 3 cups icing sugar over


Knead until combined


Grease hands (non-stick spray works well) and knead until you have a taffy like consistency.


Grease your hands (to prevent staining your hands) and dye fondant using gel color.. 


If you find it too sticky, add more icing sugar..
