Cinnamon roll




🔷️INGREDIENTS:

◾FOR DOUGH:

4 cups flour (maida) 

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp instant yeast

1 cup lukewarm milk

2 eggs

6 tbsp butter(softened)

◾FOR FILLING:

1 Cup brown sugar 

2 tbsp cinnamon powder 

(Mix them and set aside)

.

◾For FROSTING:

4 tbsp butter (softened)

1 1/2 cups icing sugar

Milk(add little upto 3 tbsp) if you want thick Frosting, add a bit more for thinner Frosting)

(Mix everything together with a spoon/wisk till Well incorporated)

🔶️METHOD:

▪️In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and yeast. Then add lukewarm milk,eggs and butter, mix everything together, then knead for 7-8 minutes.

▪️ Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. After 1 hour punch the dough,give a quick knead, dust some flour on the counter and roll it out into a rectangle . Spread some soft butter, then add cinnamon filling.

▪️Start rolling into a log from one end to another. Use a thread to cut equal rolls.

Grease a baking pan, place the rolls at a distance. Brush some butter on top.

▪️Preheat oven at 350f degrees and bake for 25 minutes.(For the last 5 minutes turn off the bottom, and turn on the top griller to get a nice caramelized color)

▪️Take it out, now put half the Frosting when its warm(so it absorbs it) and put remaining half once the rolls are cooled.

🔹️And your Cinnamon Rolls are ready
