Mince Stuffed Potatoe Cutlets


Method:

Boil 5 to 6 potatoes and mash it smoothly without leaving and lump. Add salt, chilli powder, black pepper and white pepper powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and chicken powder. All these spices quantity is less than a tsp. Add chopped green coriander. Mix it and keep aside.

Now in a pan, take a tbsp of oil and add ginger garlic paste, saute it and then add beef mince. Mix it and keep on stirring. Add salt and red chilli powder. Cook till it changes colour. Put off the flame and let it cool.


Now make potato cutlets by filling this qeema inside. 

Dip it in egg and then breadcrumbs. Shallow fry it till golden colour.


Enjoy it with your favourite sauce.



: you can also use cheese, leftover chicken or beef boti for the filling.
