Chocolate Cake
½ cup water
¼ cup cocoa powder
Boil water and add the cocoa powder and stir well
Set aside to cool
4 large eggs/ if small use 5
1 cup castor sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
⅓ cup oil
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence till light and fluffy.
Add oil and beat a little, stir in cocoa mixture little at a time, alternating with flour and baking powder until just combined. Pour mixture into round pans and bake at 180 degrees until done.
Chocolate Ganache
1 dairymilk chocolate slab
1 big tin nestle cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, once melted add the nestle cream bit by bit and mix well.
Let the ganache cool down, than pour over the cake
Decorate as desired, with chocolate shavings or leave it plain
