Cheese & Corn Samosa
1 packet frozen corn
1 big onion grated or chopped fine
1 t aromat
1 t green masala (green chilli and garlic )
1 t lemon pepper
Chopped coriander
Half tin cream style corn
1 slice butter
2 cups yellow cheese
1 cup white cheese
Method
Saute onion in a slice of butter till light and golden
Add in frozen corn and all spices .
Allow to steam.
Once the water has burnt out and the corn is cooked
Allow to cool
Add in the grated cheese , chopped greens and cream style corn.
Mix well.. Adjust spices as preferred..
Enjoy .. Ps ..can add a packet of green lays chips to the filling
