Mince cutlet
500g washed mince
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp ground green chillies
1 tsp crushed cumin
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup mashed potato
Fresh chopped coriander
Wash mince and drain will, squeeze out the water. Add all the above mixture and knead till stiff. Divide mince into two rolls and roll with foil. It can be steamed or baked .. if baking place a pot of water at the bottom of the oven. Cool completely slice and dip in beaten egg, fry in shallow oil. Serve with puri
Puri
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1& 1/2 tblsp ghee
1/4 cup maas or yoghurt
Just enough milk to make dough (room temp )
Rub ghee into dry ingredients
Add maas or yoghurt n mix dough
Add milk to make a nice soft smooth dough. Cover n leave to stand for 10 min. Cut into shapes n fry in hot
