Laccha paratha
1 cup cake flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp semolina ( suji)
1 tsp powdered sugar
Mix everything well. Make a hole in the centre and add warm water and make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Make medium sized balls. Roll in flour then make a round rotis leaving it slightly thick. Spread oil/ghee over the whole roti and sprinkle flour. Start folding from the top like pleats coming all the way down. stretch the pleats a little then roll into a ball.
Roll once again and cook on girdle applying oil on both sides. Once done twist a little bit to expose the layers. serve hot with gravy.
