Healthy banana oat pancakes 🥞
Ingredients:
* 3/4 cup oats
* 2 eggs
* 2 bananas
* 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
* 1 tblspoon coconut sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
2. Place a non stick pan on the stove over low heat. (It’s important to preheat your griddle or else your first batch of pancakes won’t have that nice golden pancake color).
3. Add oats to the food processor and blend them into a flour.
5. Add the bananas, eggs, cinnamon, coconut sugar, vanilla and baking powder.
6. Don’t over blend it, just enough to make a smooth batter.
8. Lightly grease the pan with spray.
9. Pour the batter on the griddle in small circles.
10. When the batter begins to bubble and the bottom is golden flip the pancakes.
12. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
13. Serve with fresh fruits, honey and enjoy!
