Lemon Butter Prawns


Wash and devein prawns . 

Sauté in butter, lemon juice, soya sauce garlic, salt and a pinch of turmeric. 

Do not over cook. Set aside and make the sauce.


Lemon butter sauce

50g butter

Lemon juice

1 tablespoon mayonnaise 

1/2 cup fresh cream

Pinch of turmeric 

Salt and pepper to taste


Pour the sauce over the prawns and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
