Fried chicken drumstick

 Fried chicken drumsticks ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—


2 pounds of chicken drumsticks 

½ tsp Basil (Dried)

½ tsp Oregano (Dried)

½ tsp Garlic Powder

 Salt to taste 

Black Pepper to taste 

1/2 White pepper 

1 tsp Onion powder 

2 tsp Paprika

3 eggs 

2 cup of flour 

2 cups of breadcrumbs 

1 cup of water 


1. Season your drumsticks with salt, peppers, Oregano, basil and 1 cup of water boiled for 20 minutes.


2. Take out and let cool before coat 


3. Add paprika, garlic, onion and salt into the flour mix


4. Whisk your eggs with salt and pepper 


5. Dip chicken pieces in egg mix to lightly coat them, then put them in the flour mixture.

Dip chicken pieces again in egg mix to lightly coat them, 

then roll over the bowl with breadcrumbs. Make sure that the chicken is fully coated


6. Repeat the process with all the chicken pieces.


7. While the oil is hot (300F), but not smoking hot, slowy put-in the coated chicken. Fry for 10 minutes per side in low to medium heat. Note: do not increase the heat as it will quickly burn the crumbs leaving the inside of the chicken raw.


8. Let chicken drain on a few paper towels when it comes out of the fryer. 


9. Serve warm ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ— with fries and Enjoy.
