Chocolate Oil Cake

4 Eggs

1 Cup Castor Sugar

1 Tspn Vanilla Essence

1/2cup Oil

1/2cup Boiling Water

1 & 1/2 Cup Cake Flour

2 Tbspn Cocoa

3 Tspn Baking Powder

Method: 

Beat egg with castor sugar & vanilla till creamy. 

-Mix oil & Water

-Sieve All Dry Ingredients In Eggy Mixture, Add Oil & Water Mixture & beat Well, (Do Not Over Beat)

Pour into Cupcake Cases and bake at 180° Till Done.

Chocolate Ganache

1 Big Slab Dairymilk Chocolate

2 Tbspn Oil

-Microwave for 30 Second and top over cupcakes.
