Red smoothie

Healthy can taste delicious! This smoothie is rich in antioxidants and plant based minerals and vitamins but it tastes absolutely amazing. 

Recipe: serves 2

Orange juice 1 cup 

Beet root medium size half and peeled

Strawberries 1/2cup 

Raspberries 1/2cup 

Peach 1/2 peeled or unpeeled

Apple 1/2 peeled or unpeeled (honeycrisp)

Grape fruit juice 1/2

Baby spinach 1cup

Blend in a high speed blender and serve.
