Chicken meatballs tossed in a tomato gravy spices and sprinkled with fresh coriander 🌿
Kofta curry
500gchicken fillet
Half a bunch fresh coriander
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp salt (acc to ur taste)
2tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp green chillie paste
2 tsp chicken spice
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp aromat
Process all the ingredients
And shape into kebabs
Refrigerate for a few hours
1/4 cup oil
2 medium sized diced onions
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tomato’s (grated)
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chillie
1 tsp Kashmiri chillie powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
Fresh coriander
In a wok heat oil add diced onions and sauté until translucent then add ginger garlic paste
and cumin seeds braise until onions are golden brown then add tomatoes and spices and cook until oil comes up then add 10-12 kebabs cook for a few minutes then add in 1/4 cup water and cook till done and sprinkle with fresh coriander
Note : you may add extra kebabs in a zip lock bag freeze it and use as needed
