Chicken and broccoli pasta bake
INGREDIENTS
2 cups pasta
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
2 tblsp olive oil
1/2 cup cubed chicken fillet
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tin cream style corn
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup diary free cream
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta in salted water according to the package instructions
When the pasta is almost cooked or at the last two minutes of cooking pasta stir in broccoli florets drain and set aside
In a pan heat oil add chicken add the spices
Cook for 4-5 minutes then add the chicken broth cream style corn and let it simmer once simmering add cheese and mix well until sauce thickens turn of the heat and gently fold the broccoli and pasta top with grated cheese
Sprinkle with crushed chillies and parsley 🌿
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
