Ingredients:
Split gram lentil 250 gm boiled
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Green chillies 2 roughly chopped
Freshly chopped corriander leaves 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 1
2 eggs beaten
Oil for frying
Buns
Chutney tamarind and corriander
Cucumber ,tomatoes and onion sliced as required
Method:
In a boiled lentil add ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder ,garam masala and chopped green chillies mix them well and in the food processor grind it. Now add chopped onions and corriander mix properly and make round patties. Heat oil in a frying pan , beat eggs till frothy take a patty and dip into the egg mixture and fry . Fry all patties. Now slightly toast the burger buns on the frying pan. For assembling spread green chutney on the lower bun piece place a patty ,tamarind chutney, onions and cucumber . Serve with fries.
