Crispy wings


 CRISPY WINGS 


12 wings / 24 winglets 


Wash and marinate in:

1 tblsp ginger and garlic 

Salt 

Pepper

1 tsp chicken spice 

Quarter cup buttermilk 


Then take a cup of flour and season with bbq spice / chicken spice. Dip each wing in flour and set in a tray. Deep fry for 10 - 12 mins or till done. Immediately pour sauce over and serve.



SAUCES:


I usually make 2 sauces for variety as I make a double amount of wings.


Sauce One (Asian sauce):


In a saucepan


Blob of butter 

1 tsp ginger garlic 

1 red chilli chopped 

1 tblsp honey 

2tblsp brown sugar 

1 tblsp oyster sauce

2 tblsp soya sauce 

Half tsp light soya 

Quarter cup orange juice 

3 tblsp Inna Paarman chicken sauce 


Adjust soya according to saltiness

Simmer till thick 


Sauce Two (Spicy):


Heat Butter. 

Combine 3 tblsp Prego sauce 

2 tblsp barbecue sauce 

and 4 tblsp Jalapeño Sauce (Meister Brand).
