Sago desert

 Sαɠσ Dҽsert

Ingredients:

1 litre milk 

6 Tbs sago 

3 Tbs custard powder 

1 tsp agar agar powder 

1 tin condense (i found it too sweet so will add less next time accordingly)

1 tin nestle cream 

1 tin fruit cocktail (you can use freshly chopped strawberries and blueberries too)

1 tin peaches (optional- cut into pieces)

Method: 

Soak sago in water for about 15 min. Strain and add to milk with the custard powder in a pot. Stir till it boils. Remove and cool slightly and add in the rest of the ingredients. If you like extra fruit then you can add the extra tin of peaches but don’t add in the syrup cuz it will be too sweet. You can add chopped nuts too.
