CARAMEL Mousse
1 tin dessert cream
1 tin caramel treat
1 tsp caramel essence
1 packet tennis biscuit
2 tsp of coffee dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Whipped cream
Dip biscuits in coffee mixture and layer at the botton of dish.beat caramel treat with dessert cream add the essence and beat well. Layer on top of biscuits. Pipe roses with whipped cream and decorate as desired. I used boudoir biscuit and sprinkled cocoa
